You can also use the Request a Refund option to review and/or
print a ticket copy for most documents purchased within the past 9 months. Simply
enter the 13 digit document number and the passenger last name in the fields provided
then press GO.
If your request is not directly related to the refund of a printed or e-ticket, please
contact the appropriate department for the most efficient service.
